Liberty Middle School

La Vista, Nebraska

A $59.6 million bond issue passed to accommodate growth, improve existing facilities, and preserve neighborhood schools resulted in the development and construction of the Papillion-La Vista Community’s third middle school, Liberty. Not only was the facility built to address current concerns of overcrowding in the district, but to have the capacity for expansion as projections for the community show continued growth.
