PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Technology integration is a critical element in the overall interconnectivity of the residential tower, structured parking, retail, and amenities such as the fitness center.
• IP Design Group provided telecommunications system design of backbone distribution, horizontal cabling, including data communications cabling system, voice cabling system, CATV cabling, and termination devices for parking, amenity, and residential areas.
• Security system design includes CCTV coverage for selected parking, ground floor, amenity levels, emergency phones, and minimal access control for main floor entry areas.
