Brant Yantzer

Chief Operations Officer
Brant manages the strategic growth, marketing, and operations of both IP Design Group and Alvine Engineering. He played a pivotal role in developing IP Design Group as a unique brand and has increased its market presence to a national level. Brant also provides executive leadership to branch office locations. Brant is a native of Killdeer, North Dakota and a graduate of the University of Mary in Bismarck. His certifications include: Microsoft Certified Professional, 3com Certified Network Designer, IBM Network Communications Certified, and IBM Internet Certified.

Craig Bryan, RCDD

Senior Project Manager
Craig has a passion for providing client-driven, integrated, and engineered building systems solutions. He thoroughly understands the project requirements, and ensures that our engineering represents the most appropriate solutions and highest value to our clients. His leadership within Alvine Engineering’s electrical engineering department was leveraged when service offerings were expanded to include telecommunications and technology systems design. Craig now serves as a Senior Project Manager, continuing to provide resources and project management across all Alvine brands.

Pat Kelly, RCDD

Telecom Engineer, Associate Principal
By refining conceptual telecom and technology systems’ design in progressive phases, Pat balances the expectations, needs, and budgets of a wide variety of project types. As a member of BICSI and an RCDD, he demonstrates knowledge in the design, integration and implementation of telecommunications and data communications transport systems and related infrastructure. Prior to joining IP Design Group, Pat was a 9-year member of Alvine Engineering’s electrical engineering design team and for 10 years, managed an electrical contracting company. This prior experience ensures the technology is successfully integrated with all building systems.

Andrew Hanrath, DCDC

Systems Integrator, Project Manager
Andrew provides data center design, healthcare systems design, aviation systems design, and coordination of multivendor installations. His design experience includes master planning, wireless systems, Internet protocol telephony, and network security. Andrew is a member of the Airports Council International, serving on the Business Information Technology (BIT) Committee. As a member of the Airports Consultants Council, he serves on the Planning and Information & Technology System Committees. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University.

Gabe Erdei

Gabe provides consulting services in telecommunication infrastructure, audiovisual, and security systems engineering. He has been involved with both local and national clients to provide expertise on the integration of low voltage systems. Throughout his career, Gabe’s responsibilities have grown to include the design of underground campus infrastructure, structured wiring, wireless networks, and CATV/CCTV systems.

Jessica Hiatt, CTS-D

Acoustical Engineer
During her seven years of experience, Jessica has developed a specialization in room acoustics analysis and design. Her diverse design experience ranges from auditoriums, music rooms, athletic facilities and general classrooms, to courtrooms and city council chambers. Jessica’s training in the field of acoustics includes architectural room acoustics, CATT Acoustics and EASE computer modeling and auralization, and noise and vibration control. Jessica is a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and a member of Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE) and Acoustical Society of America (ASA).

Eric Richardson, CTS

Eric specializes in the design of audiovisual systems. As a Certified Technology Specialist, Eric has proven his abilities to create, operate, and service audiovisual solutions. He has the skills to provide the best audiovisual solutions for clients’ needs, on time and on budget. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has worked on a variety of projects including those in the university, commercial, and hospitality markets. He was instrumental in the design of a district-wide telecommunications upgrade for Omaha Public Schools, and designed the audiovisual systems for a state-of-the-art football training facility at Iowa State University.

Taylor Arment, RCDD

As a telecommunications designer, Taylor is responsible for facilitating user group sessions to define overall telecommunications systems design, including audiovisual, security, and healthcare systems. Taylor’s background in the arrangement and detailed drawings of telecommunications and technology building systems utilizing both AutoCAD and Revit is an asset to project execution and quality control. Throughout his tenure with IP Design Group, Taylor has worked on a variety of projects including medical, university, commercial, and government market sectors. Taylor is recognized by BICSI as a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).

Jacob Butler

Jacob draws on his educational background in electrical engineering and his practical experience designing telecommunications, security, and two-way radio systems. His design experience includes systems consulting and design for educational, commercial, power station, and highly technical military environments. Jacob combines his technical knowledge with solid interpersonal skills to work closely with project stakeholders to define technology requirements. These skills are also instrumental in collaborating with multi-disciplined design teams to ensure successful integration of systems into large, sophisticated building projects.
