Marriott Marco Island Resort Redevelopment Plan Improvements

The Marriott Marco Island Resort Hotel and Convention Center is the largest resort hotel on Marco Island. In addition, this Marriott property is the highest revenue-producing property under the Marriott flag. This project included a major renovation and expansion of the resort property in excess of $150 million. The project added guest rooms, amenity spaces, ballrooms, meeting spaces, and food service areas to the existing facility.

Choctaw Nation Casino and Hotel

Three-Casino Renovation

IP Design Group was contracted to provide technology consulting for projects to upgrade three casinos owned by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. The casino located in Stringtown was enlarged to 15,000 square feet. IP Design Group’s project scope included the design of the voice/data infrastructure, public address system, and security/surveillance system.

Block 21 Mixed Use Development

A vacant block north of Austin’s City Hall was transformed into a 36-floor high-rise featuring a 250-room luxury W Hotel, 250 condominiums, a 1,000-seat ‘Austin City Limits’ venue and an expanded Austin Children’s Museum.
